Baby Jordan is quite the little guy. During his first photo session he was awake the entire time so by the end he was ready to go back to sleep. I love his many expressions and poses. He was actually quite a natural when it came to posing.

Fremont Shinn Park Wildlife Refuge After Wedding Portraits | Denah & Dominic
Denah and Dominic had their wedding back in July, but we decided to do an after wedding portrait session to capture more portraits in their wedding attire. I love these kinds of sessions because you get a chance to dress up again and relive the day. It's also a more relaxed environment, and we can have a bit more fun. First, we started out in Fremont's Shinn Park and ended with Don Edwards National Wildlife Refuge.
Thank you to Kimmie of Kimberly's Hair & Makeup for recreating Denah's wedding day look!

Fremont Coyote Hills Regional Park & Wildlife Refuge Engagement | Jessica & Anthony
When Jessica contacted me about doing an engagement session and suggested Coyote Hills and the Wildlife Refuge for locations, I already knew we would get some amazing photos. Coyote Hills is extra special to the couple because it is where Anthony proposed to Jessica. They also enjoy bringing their bikes out for rides in the area so the two locations were very fitting for them.
One thing I love about these sessions is learning about how people meet and get together. Jessica and Anthony have known each other since they were kids, and I think it's such a sweet story to tell others.
Jessica and I also talked about using props for the pictures so she brought along some signs and Scrabble pieces that we incorporated into the session. I absolutely loved how they turned out.
