South San Francisco Conference Center Wedding Photography | Mary & Vu

A year ago I assisted Chung Li Photography with this beautiful wedding at the South San Francisco Conference Center.  Before the ceremony and reception the couple and wedding party did some portraits at the Legion of Honor, which is one of my favorite places for pictures.  I also enjoyed watching the wedding party having some fun while the videography team Imperial Video Productions did their magic to capture scenes for the couple's same-day edit and highlight video.  They did an amazing job with the videos.  All the guests at the reception were completely blown away by the same-day edit.

A mini session for a high school friend and her husband with their not quite 1-year-old maltipoo.  You can tell that they have a lot of love for Teddy.  He was so adorable, and boy, did he love his treats!  Can't quite say the same about the hat on his head though.  It kept wanting to come off.

San Francisco Wedding Preview

One of the things I enjoy when shooting weddings is capturing those rare moments when the bride and groom are alone and get to have a few minutes just to themselves.  More images from this wedding to come soon!

San Jose Kelley Park Japanese Friendship Garden Engagement Photography | Winnie & Harrison

Here's the part 2 to Winnie and Harrison's engagement session.  This time we chose something more casual, which allowed them to bring their dog along for some pictures.  I love shooting at the Japanese Friendship Garden at Kelley Park in San Jose, especially in the fall when the weather is cool and the lighting is just beautiful at 5:00.

San Francisco Legion of Honors Golden Gate Park Engagement Photography | Winnie & Harrison

Winnie and I have known each other since we were kids so it's very exciting to learn of her engagement.  It was my first time seeing Harrison and Winnie interact with each other, and they had such great chemistry together.  We decided to do their first session in San Francisco at the Legion of Honors, which is a popular spot for photos, and there's a very good reason.  I love the architecture of the museum, and those columns are simply stunning.  Before calling it a day, we made a quick trip to Golden Gate Park for a few more shots.
