Tracy Backyard Wedding Photography | Denah & Dominic

Ever since Denah and I talked about some of her wedding details during the planning process, I was excited to see everything come alive on the actual day of the wedding.  Being one of the most organized and creative brides I've ever met, all of the different elements fit really well together to create a vintage theme.

Venue:  Tracy residence
Florist:  Kathy Montoya
Makeup/Stylist:  Hector John from The Studio
DJ:  Daniel Johnson Entertainment
Cake:  Anne Scheibli from Cascade Cakes

Santa Clara San Jose Japanese Friendship Garden Engagement Photography | Vi & Quang

Vi is another longtime friend who I've known since middle school, and she's always been a sweet and kind person.  I first met Quang back in February when we got together for dinner, and after getting to know him I knew that Vi found a great guy.  (Look at the ring he gave her!)

We spent the first half of the session at their Santa Clara home, which was beautifully decorated.  The second half was spent at the San Jose Japanese Friendship Garden, and I absolutely love Japanese gardens for their wooden bridges, tall trees, and bodies of water.  There's just something about those gardens that make walking through them so calm and peaceful.

Congratulations again to the two of you!

Sunnyvale Washington & Baylands Park Family & Maternity Photography | Jessica & Rolando

I love dogs, and I love family time so this session was a little bit of both.  Another nice thing was being able to take pictures in my hometown of Sunnyvale and at Washington Park, which is close to the house I grew up in.  We also chose Baylands Park for the maternity part of the shoot because I love the long walkway lined with tall trees.  Congratulations to the happy family!

Saratoga Sanborn County Park and Downtown Engagement Photography | Sandra & David

David is one of the nicest and most laid back person I know, and these qualities of his hasn't changed a bit since we met back in our freshman year of high school.  When I learned of his engagement to Sandra I was so happy for him because my motto is "Good things will happen to good people."

I met Sandra on the day of our engagement session at Sanborn County Park in Saratoga, but even before we met I already heard all these wonderful things about her.  As I watched the two interact with each other during the session I knew they were a perfect fit as they share a lot of the same qualities.  I can also tell that they truly loved each other because everything they thing did was so natural...the way they held each other, the emotions...there's certainly nothing like true love.  And when I asked them do certain things they were totally up for it, which is another reason that makes them such an awesome couple to work with.
